Yes, our rental cars always come with a full tank of gas.
The most affordable option is to return the car with the tank full, too. If you wish to return your rental car with the gas tank not completely full or even closer to empty, we charge 2 €/liter of fuel and an additional fee of 15 € for filling the tank up.
It's written on both the contract and the keychain on what fuel your rental car runs on. That makes fueling the gas tank easy and worry-free.
Yes, all our rental cars are fully insured with the widest coverage possible in Finland.
Naturally, towing and roadside assistance are included as well.
With passenger cars the deductible is 900 € and with vans 2 000 € except for our largest vans the deductible of which is 4 000 €. You can reduce the deductible by paying an additional fee.
Young drivers who are under 20 years old can't reduce the deductible.
There are several payment options.
You can pay for car rental
- online in advance with your credit or debit card
- in advance through a link using your online banking codes (with this option, you have to have a bank account in a Finnish bank)
- at our office during opening hours when you pick up the car
You can pay with Visa Electron when you pick up the car during opening hours, but NOT when paying online.
For companies, we also offer invoicing as a possible payment option.
If you have a Finnish social security number with which we can check your credit information, we won't place a hold or any kind of deposit on any of your cards IF your credit information is good.
If your credit information is not good, we'll place a hold for a reasonable sum on your credit card.
If you don't have a Finnish social security number, which means we can't check your credit standing, we'll place a hold for a reasonable sum on your credit card.
If you cancel car rental at least 3 days before the start of rental, cancellation is free. If you cancel later than 3 days before, we charge 50 % of rent. If you don't cancel at all, we charge full rent.
Car Pick-Up & Return
You can pick the car up from our Helsinki office (Juhtatie 2, Helsinki) or from any of our other posts: Helsinki-Vantaa, Northern Espoo, Kerava, Porvoo, or Loviisa. We deliver rental cars to Sipoo and Tuusula as well.
If you want your rental car delivered straight to you, we can certainly do that anywhere on our operating area.
Yes, you can. Already when booking a car you can choose any of our locations as your return location.
If you want to change the location to which you'll return the car, please inform us as early on as possible. Regardless, the return location has to be one of our five posts or our main office.
Yes, normal cleaning is required. If you return the car in an unusually messy condition, we have to charge a cleaning fee of 150 €.
We recommend you take pictures of your rental car – both inside and outside the car – before and after the rental. By doing so it will be clear to everyone in what condition you received the car and in what condition you returned it.
There are no age limits. You must have a valid driving license and at least one year of driving experience.
If you're under 20 years old, we charge a young driver fee which is 30 €/rent.
Yes, but only when it's been agreed on and written on the contract.
We welcome pets, but letting us know about them is important so that we can cover the seats properly. By doing so, the next person renting the car is less likely to have allergy symptoms even if they were allergic to pets.

Yes, in winter all our cars are equipped with winter tires, heating cable, snow brush, and ice scraper.
Please inform us right away. Our customer service specialists can assess whether fuel is really missing or if it's a case of fuel gauge error. If you're allowed an extra trip to the gas station by our customer service, we're going to need the receipt for fuel.
